Here are the most common questions we get along with the answers we give:

I lost my Indexeus password, how could I recover my Indexeus account?

For security reason, we don't want to send any email from our server. However, you can send us a mail using our contact form along with the registration email and some proof of your payments to get it back. We'll be glad to reset your password!

I have bought some tokens, but my account is still not credited.

This is because of how coins work. We need to get enough confirmations by the network to be sure that your transaction is legit. It can take some time, as we need several confirmations. Don't worry though, it takes rarely more than half an hour, and takes most of time approximately 10 minutes.

I have bought an item, but its data seems to be incorrect.

Regrouping all this data took a lot of time, and we needed to do it semi-automatically using some tools we made. In our efforts of doing it as good as possible, some databases data were very poorly formatted, and therefore we can't be sure that the data we now have corresponds to the correct value.
However, if you think that the data of an item you bought is incorrect, please contact us by clicking here. We will be glad to give you the correct one which we will get manually.

The item I bought doesn't have a lot of data as advertised.

In our efforts to protect your data, we made sure all the data stored on Indexeus is secure. This is why there is no way to know what information an item contain before buying it.

Indexeus is all about internet data. But what about my data stored on Indexeus?

We don't want our customers to become public. This is why we are using a very particular setup on our server preventing from any intrusions. All our users informations are also hashed in our database, including emails and passwords. This means that even us, administrators of Indexeus, don't know anything about our customers. You are completely anonymous here.

I found some data related to me on Indexeus. How can I remove it?

We have set a particular feature on Indexeus if some of our users wanted to remove an entry of our database. In fact, you can blacklist an item (performing this action costs 5 tokens) and nobody will be able to access your sensible details ever again, even those who paid for it. However, your email and username are still available to users who previously paid for the blacklisted entry.

I previously bought an item, but it is not showing up anymore.

Because of our blacklisting feature, the entry you bought might have been blacklisted. There is nothing you or us can do, as it is part of our service. Luckily for you though, we still have some millions other entries.
